Ricky Lee.. It saddened my heart to hear of your passing. It's been years & years since we've talked & I've missed you. I remember you and Glen as teenagers, working the gas station on Auburn Blvd by the bowling alley. I think it was a Texaco. That's the same time I worked at Winchells and you used to stop by to say hi and to make sure I was safe. And you were there the afternoon my wicked-witch boss surprised me with a pop-in visit, in the middle of a busy shift. And she ranted & raved at me, in front of every one and you stayed by my side. And as I quit the lousy donut-job that I loved, you walked me to my car. I was embarrassed crying hysterical tears. And you said, "It's only donuts. You're gonna be ok."

Thank you, Ricky Lee for being there, for having my back, for being my friend. I'll always love you for that. You & Duncan meant the world to me & my family- to Danny & Ailene & Mike & Charlene, to Jim Badeker, to my 2 little boys, and to me. And I'll never forget, not in this world, or the next. My love goes out to you & your family..
