Ricky Joe Flores, Sr., 60, of Round Rock, Texas went to his eternal resting place on June 6, 2024. He was born on September 11, 1963, in Lubbock, Texas.
Rick was a gentle and kindhearted soul, and even at a young age, had a zest for life. Rick enjoyed watching football, specifically the Cowboys, and enjoyed drawing. He will be deeply missed by his family.
He is preceded in death by his son, Ricky Joe Flores Jr.; his father, Isabel "Chavelo" Flores, and his brother, Luis Flores.
Rick is survived by his grandchildren, Cristian and Kylie Flores; his mother, Josephine Morales; his siblings, Eddy (Mary) Flores, Bobby (Marta) Flores, and Jessica Morales; his nieces, Rebecca Flores, Christina (Bobby) Waters, Hilda Acevedo (Julio Vasquez), and Jovie Rios; and his nephews, Gerald (Erika) Acevedo, Bobby Flores Jr., Justin Flores, and David (Lena) Flores, as well as numerous cousins.
Our family would like to thank all of you for the love, support and kindness received during our difficult time.
Visitation will be held from 6:00pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at Beck Funeral Home, 15709 Ranch Rd. 620, Austin. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will follow at 7:00pm.
