Ricky was a skilled heavy machine operator who retired from Local Operators Union 158. He worked hard but played even harder. You could find him enjoying retired life relaxing by the river or in his garage. Surrounded by friends and family, along with Gordie and Teddy his four legged friends.

Rick had a passion for motorsports of all kinds. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish and spend time in the woods, especially with his son Erick. Ricky was always ready for fun times and good cheer.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 12 years, Jennifer (Bedard) Grimshaw; his two children from his previous marriage, daughter, Laurin Grimshaw; son, Erick Grimshaw and his wife, Hayley; grandchildren, Allison Grimshaw, Bryce Grimshaw and Jaxson Obert; mother, Barbara (Gary) Rivers; brother, Randy (Theresa) Grimshaw; sister, Roxanne Gladd; and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his father, Clarence Arthur Grimshaw, Jr.; and his infant brother, Rodney Clarence Grimshaw.
