He is survived by his wife, Wendy Watkins of Momence, IL. Three daughters and sons-in-law; Nicole (Brad) Jensen of Limestone, IL, Amanda (Rob) Parchim of St. Anne, IL, and Luxianna Watkins of Jackson, Wyoming. Also surviving are five grandchildren; Rebecca Jensen, Nick Jensen, Zack Jensen, McKinley Parchim and Mason Parchim. Preceding Rick in death were his parents, and, Buddy, his favorite dog.
He worked locally in small engine repair. Rick worked at the Kankakee Country Club, EEC0, and All Power. Family and friends considered him a "Walking Catalog of Numbers" in the small engine business. He never met an engine he couldn't fix!
Ricky was a member of the Momence Anchor Club. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, camping, and being on the water.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family's wishes.
