Richard is survived by his fiancee' Virginia Arrowsmith of the home, mother Betty Stapleton of Salisbury, sons Chad (Angela) Stapleton of Salisbury, MO, Jason Stapleton, Johnathon Arrowsmith of Charlotte, NC, Ivan Linville of Anchorage, AK, brothers Chris Stapleton of Salisbury, MO, Scotty (Kathy) Stapleton of Salisbury, MO, sisters Debbie (John) Fitzwater of Salisbury, MO, Abby Stapleton of Salisbury, MO, grandchildren Cayden Stapleton, Mason Stapleton, Jack Arrowsmith, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Richard, brother James (Gwen) Stapleton, sister-in-law Jackie Stapleton, nephew Adam Stapleton and niece Melissa Stapleton.
Cremation services were entrusted to Summerville Funeral Home in Salisbury.
