Rigoberto García García nació el 15 de julio de 1988 en Guadalajara, Jalisco, México. Era hijo de Rigoberto García Gálvez y María Luisa García Martínez. El 13 de marzo de 2012 se casó con Yolanda Liliana García Ortiz en Ejido Modelo, Jalisco, México, y de esta unión nacieron tres hijos. Rigoberto trabajó para la compañía Delaney Concrete Construction como un experto acabador de concreto. En su tiempo libre, disfrutaba asar al aire libre, escuchar música, cortar el césped de su jardín y era conocido como un gran cocinero. Rigoberto era una persona muy amistosa que siempre tenía una sonrisa y un buen chiste. Siempre disfrutó del tiempo que pasaba en México junto a su familia y sus amigos.
A Rigoberto lo sobreviven su esposa Yolanda; sus tres hijos: Juaquin, Mauricio y Emmanuel; sus padres: Rigoberto y María Luisa de México; sus hermanos: Daniel (Lluvia) García, y Saira Taina (Antonio Solís) García, ambos de Atlanta, GA; su primo Guillermo (Maricruz) García; y su tío Gregorio García. También lo sobreviven varios familiares queridos como son sus tías, tíos, primos, sobrinas y sobrinos.
Le preceden en la muerte sus abuelos maternos y paternos: “Pa” José, “Ma Chuy” María de Jesús, “Pa” Isidro y su “Abuelita” Ofelia.

A funeral mass has been scheduled for Friday, October 10, 2025, starting at 7:00 P.M. at St. Francis of Assisi Parish: St. Mary Catholic Church in Marshalltown. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on the same day from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., also at the church. Mitchell Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Rigoberto and his family. Memorials may be directed to the family for a later designation. Rigoberto Garcia Garcia was born on July 15, 1988, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. He was the son of Rigoberto Garcia Galvez and Maria Luisa Garcia Martinez. On March 13, 2012, he married Yolanda Liliana Garcia Ortiz in Ejido Modelo, Jalisco, Mexico and from this union three children were born. Rigoberto worked for Delaney Concrete Construction as a skilled concrete finisher. In his free time, he enjoyed grilling outdoors, listening to music, mowing his yard, and was known as a great cook. Rigoberto was a very friendly person who always had a smile and a good joke. He always enjoyed the time he spent in Mexico along his family and his friends.
Rigoberto is survived by his wife Yolanda; his three children: Juaquin, Mauricio, and Emmanuel; his parents: Rigoberto and Maria Luisa of Mexico; his siblings: Daniel (Lluvia) Garcia and Saira Taina (Antonio Solis) Garcia, both of Atlantla, GA; his cousin Guillermo (Maricruz) Garcia; and Uncle Gregorio Garcia. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents: “Pa” Jose, “Ma Chuy” Maria de Jesus, “Pa” Isidro and his “Abuelita” Ofelia.
