Rious Weldon "Ross" Hall, 74, of Franklinville, passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at his residence.
Memorial Services, 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Harmony Baptist Church, Ramseur with Rev. Jeffrey Wright officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the fellowship hall.
Ross was a 1969 graduate of Eastern Randolph High School and spent many years working at the Randolph County Sherriff's Department and was the co-owner of Pat & Al's Restaurant in Ramseur and Liberty as well as Pizza to Go in Ramseur. He was a member of Harmony Baptist Church and enjoyed being in the shop working on his old truck. Ross had received his Aviation License and could be found flying his plane on Sunday mornings, cooking and spending time with his grandchildren and family. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Shannon Hall Parrish, parents, Weldon and Betty Cartland Hall, and sisters, Connie Parker and Linda Register.
Survivors: wife of 56 years, Patricia Smith Hall of the home, sons, Todd Hall and wife Amanda of Liberty, Jeremy Smith and wife Amanda of Staley, brothers, Richard Hall and wife Donna of Asheboro, John Hall and wife Alesia of Pleasant Garden, grandchildren, Christian Parrish (Maggie), Taylor Smith, Mikayla Hall and Olivia Hall, great-grandchildren, McKinley Kalanaharos, Kolesyn Smith and Lainey Parrish.
