Rita Adams Obituary
Mrs. Adams is survived by her husband Donnie Adams, sons Chris Jordan(Melissa) and Shannon Jordan(Tina), stepson Chase Adams, brother Leon Marsh(Virginia), sisters Barbara Garren(John David), Judy Lewis and Annette Washburn(Johnny), grandchildren Hayley Mann(Chris), Ryan Jordan, Dylan Jordan, Tristan Holderfield(Daisha), Emma Jordan and Joe Kirkland, four great grandchildren and survived also by numerous nieces and nephews and other family members. Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by her parents Lee Houston and Clara McCay Marsh.
The family will receive friends at Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home 17885 St Hwy 160 Cleveland, Alabama 35049 Saturday, September 17th, 2022 from 9:00 am until11:00 am Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 17th, 2022 at 11:00 am in the Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Justin Moody officiating, with burial to follow at Nectar Cemetery in Cleveland, Alabama. Pallbearers will be Dylan Jordan, Ryan Jordan, Tristan Holderfield, David Garren, Chad Washburn and Jamie Washburn. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Kirkland and Emma Jordan.
Mrs. Adams enjoyed working in her yard and planting pretty flowers. She loved farming and selling produce. For fifty years she enjoyed her job as a hair dresser and putting smiles on peoples face, but most of all she loved the lord, her family and grandchildren.
Blount County/Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
