Rita Dowzicky Obituary
Born and raised in Hammonton, NJ she was once voted Blueberry Queen. Rita worked as a nurse at Abington Hospital for 26 years. She and her husband were long time members of St Joseph Catholic Church. She loved to travel with her beloved husband Bill and most enjoyed spending time with family.
She is survived in addition to her husband, by her three sons, Bill (Angena), Stephen (Vicki) and Michael (Robin); 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and her sister Lucy Ficetola. She was pre-deceased by her daughter MaryAnn.
Her family will receive relatives and friends from 10 to 11 am, Friday, February 6, 2026 in St Joseph Catholic Church, 1795 Columbia Ave, Warrington, PA 18976, where her mass will be celebrated at 11 am. Interment will follow in St John Neumann Cemetery.
Memorial Donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org/donate
