Robert Martin Muller

Robert Martin Muller, 82, originally from Hatboro, died peacefully at Revelle Senior Assisted Living in Warminster, PA, on Thursday evening, December 4th, after a lengthy cancer illness, surrounded by loving family.
Born in Philadelphia, Marty lived nearly his entire life in the same neighborhood of Hatboro. He graduated from Upper Moreland High School in 1961, lettering in Football, Basketball and Baseball, and after graduation, attended Lock Haven University of Pa, before settling and graduating from West Chester University, majoring in Elementary Physical Education.
Marty taught Elementary Phys Ed, along with developing and implementing an Adaptive PE program, at Samuel K Faust Elementary School in Bensalem School District. He also spent time at Armstrong Middle School, and briefly coached wrestling before settling in at Faust for over 30 years, retiring in 2000. Countless children benefited from his dedication to personal health and wellness. He also volunteered with the Upper Moreland Soccer Club and Upper Moreland Basketball Association with refereeing, along with field and court set up.
His retirement years were filled with part time jobs working at Pine Run Garden Center, Huntingdon Valley Country Club Grounds Department, playing golf with his many friends in the Levittown Golf League, and in 2011, becoming a proud grandfather to his grandson, Zachary.
He's was preceeded in death by his father, Robert Emmett Muller, mother, Lucille Martin Muller, brother Richard Norman Muller, and his wife Judy Annett Muller. He's survived by his only son, Thomas Matthew, grandson, Zachary Thomas, daughter in law Denise Lynn Muller, all of whom live in Hamilton NJ. He's also survived by bother in law Richard L Redmond, sister in law Cindy Redmond, of Kiawah, SC, nephews and families of Richard Read Redmond and Wm. Ryan Redmond of Freeport, PA, along with several cousins in Virginia, North and South Carolina.
His memorial service will be held Saturday, February 14th, 2026 at 10:00 am, at Baskwill Funeral Home, 20 W Montgomery Ave, (halt block west of York Rd) Hatboro a private interment will follow at Hatboro Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations made in Robert's name to the Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia Pa.
