Rita Camille Grieco

Rita Camille Grieco, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2025, at the age of 79. Born on August 28, 1945, she was the cherished daughter of the late Ercole and Carmella Grieco.
Rita's life was centered around her deep love for family, her unwavering faith, and her commitment to service. She was the devoted mother of Daniel Keizer and his wife Laura, and the late Sharon Cusack and her surviving husband Ted. She found great joy in being a grandmother to Nichole Cusack, Joshua Keizer, and Angelina Keizer, whose lives were enriched by her love and guidance.
Rita was one of ten siblings and leaves behind her brother Ercolino Grieco and sisters Rosemary O'Brien and Lana White. She was predeceased by her brothers Alexandro, Vincent, and Anthony Grieco, and her sisters Lucy Rallo, Anna Babcock, and Natalie Green. She is also lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
A longtime parishioner and dedicated volunteer at St. Ann's Church in Peabody, Rita was known for her compassionate spirit and willingness to help others. Her presence was a constant source of warmth and strength in the community she held dear.
Family and friends will honor Rita's life with a memorial Mass at St. Ann's Church in Peabody on Friday, May 16th at 11:00 AM. All who knew and loved her are welcome to attend and celebrate the legacy of a woman whose kindness, faith, and devotion will never be forgotten.
