Ms. Rita Lorene McKay, age 69 of Antioch, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2023. She was born on May 24, 1954 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Frank and Virginia Aldridge. She is survived by her sister Elvia Fann, children Frankie McKay, James McKay, Sandy McKay, Christy McKay, Ray McKay, and Grace McKay; grandchildren Brittany McKay, Caitlyn McKay, Angel McKay, Bobby Harrell, Lillie Reed, Kevontay McKay, Tanautica McKay, Deiondre McKay, Kamyah Meriwether, Gerrami McKay, Annadesia McKay-Patton, Thai Merriwether, Latia McKay, Keaira McKay, Aaliyah McKay, Jade McKay, Mariah McKay, Micheal McKay, Ray'ya McKay, and Zola Driver; great-grandchildren Brantley Claud, Aubrey Claud, Killian Sternad, Aaliya Branch, Dream Branch, Amira Reed, Legend Reed, Dre'ceion Reed, Aurora McKay, Ma'aliyah McKay, Antonio Neeley-McKay, Brooklyn McKay, Jerzi McKay, and Antoninaa McKay.
Rita was a devoted and loving sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was loved dearly by all who knew her, and will be deeply missed.
In lieu of flowers, the McKay family requests that donations be made by phone to Spring Hill Funeral Home (615-865-1101) to assist with her final expenses.
There are no services scheduled for Rita at this time.
