She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Shadwick and Linda Creasman Bishop.
Robbin is survived by her husband, Ciro Portillo; father, George Bishop; children, Johnny (Felicia) Keener and Jason (Ashley) Keener; siblings, Kim Moore, Greg (Ann) Shadwick, Doug Bishop, Alyssa (Tim) Cunningham and Jerry Shadwick; grandchild, Henelyee Cartwright along with numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 21, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Ewton Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Bro. Justin Howard officiating. Burial will follow in Condra Cemetery. Family will receive friends Friday from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
