Robbyn M. Hampton

Robbyn Marie Hampton, a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025 leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and kindness.
She was born on April 12, 1959, in Springfield, Massachusetts, to Frank and Katie Budd. At an early age, Robbyn moved to New Rochelle, New York, where she attended elementary and junior high school. During her teenage years, she relocated to Somerville, New Jersey, with her mother and younger sister. There, she graduated from high school and began her professional career, working for Hoechst Celanese and later for Pfizer, where she was admired for her dedication and strong work ethic.
A longtime resident of Bedminster, New Jersey, Robbyn built a loving home with her husband, Reginald Hampton. Together, they raised their three children and created a family life filled with love, laughter, and commitment.
Robbyn is survived by her husband, Reginald Hampton of Bedminster, NJ; her children, Reginald Darius Hampton, Kayce Marie Hampton, and Darian Myles Hampton, all of Bedminster, NJ; her loving mother, Katie Budd Small of Bedminster, NJ; her sister, Judy Jones (Anthony) of Virginia Beach, VA; and her aunts, Mary Alice Holmes of Mount Vernon, NY, and Carola Glover of Atlanta, GA. She also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends who will cherish her memory forever.
A memorial service celebrating Robbyn's life will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at Garretson Road Church of Christ, 572 Garretson Road, Bridgewater, NJ 08807.
In lieu of flowers the family ask donations be made to Garretson Road Church of Christ, Memorial Sloan Kettering or American Cancer Society.
Robbyn's gentle spirit, love for her family, and compassion for others will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched throughout her life.
