Robert Archaki

Robert (Bob) Archacki, age 85, most recently of Cumming, GA died peacefully on March 21, 2026.

He was born in New Britain, CT the son of Agnes and Walter Archacki. He attended Farmington High School where he was fortunate to meet his wife-to-be, Marion Tenan. After a tour of duty in the Navy, during which time he and Marion were married, he started a career with the telephone company in CT. He and Marion spent many happy years living in Southington, CT raising their family.

After retirement Bob and Marion moved to FL, eventually settling in Inverness, where they lived for 30 years. During that period, they also purchased an RV and went on several trips travelling around North America, roaming as far away as Alaska.

Bob is survived by his beloved wife, Marion, and his three children: Rob Archacki and his wife, Mary Flanagan, Cheryl Mackie and her husband, Scott Mackie, and Scott Archacki. He is also survived by his brother Ray Archacki, 7 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. He is pre-deceased by his parents, Agnes and Walter Archacki, and his sister, Geraldine Gaber. Bob was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Mass and funeral services will be held on Friday, April 10th. Mass will be held at St. Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church in Cumming, GA at 11:30 AM. Subsequent interment will take place at the veteran's cemetery in Canton, GA immediately following the mass.
