Robert James Avery was born May 30, 1967, in El Dorado, Arkansas, to Jessie and Martinea Nelson. Robert was very hardworking and outgoing.
Robert was employed for many years at Murphy Motor Co., El Dorado Golf and Country Club, and was a former co-owner of A&N Janitorial Services. Robert James was a family man. He loved to cook and always enjoyed time with his family.
Robert James is preceded in death by his father, Jessie Avery; his brother, Wilford Aaron; maternal grandparents, Lige and Esther Nelson; and his paternal grandparents, Jessie B. and Rosella Avery.
Robert James leaves to cherish his memories, his Mother, Martinea Nelson-Aaron, and one son, Robert Jamal Avery. Two granddaughters, Briella and Navee Avery. Robert's memories will also be cherished by his siblings: sister Martha Jean Frazier, brother Jessie James Williams (Debra), sister Lillie Barnette (Stevie), sister Sharon Davis, sister Felisha Williams (Rickey), sister Rose Avery, sister Katherine Golden (Hayward), sister Joyce Ann Avery, brother Preston Avery, brother Fredrick Nelson (Nichole), sister Carla Avery, brother Steven Avery (Ireen), sister ReShonda Hardiman (Alphonso), sister Tiffany Avery.Robert James also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews who will miss Uncle Robert James dearly.
