Robert Ball Obituary

Robert had a passion for woodworking and enjoyed building projects around the house. He loved gardening, yard work, hunting, archery, collecting knives, miniature trains, puzzles, and bowling. His skill in bowling earned him numerous trophies and awards in the Men's league. Robert cherished his church community, where he sang and shared his love for the Lord and gospel tracks. Known for his intellect, kindness, humor, and caring nature, he was deeply devoted to his wife, family and faith.
He is preceded in death by his parents. Robert is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Patricia Ball; stepdaughters, Angela Adams and Stephanie Moreno; sister, Janice (Mason) Allen; nephew, Ashton Allen; four grandchildren, Daniel, Hannah, Garrett, and Wyatt; and a great-grandson, Conway Weeks.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 10:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am all at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Haines City. Robert will be laid to rest at Forest Hill Cemetery in Haines City.
To honor Robert's memory, donations may be made to the Lupus Foundation, the Alzheimer's Association, Faith Baptist Church in Winter Haven, or any charitable organization of your choice. The family is grateful for your support and kindness during this time.

I had the pleasure of working with Robert for many years at the Lake Wales Post Office. Robert was an awesome person and a fantastic carrier. He loved taking care of his customers! I missed him when I left Lake Wales and I will always remember him and his kindness!
