Mr. Robert Eugene Beam

Mr. Robert Eugene Beam, 72, of Chambersburg, died late evening, Thursday, September 22, 2022, at WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital. He was the husband of Mrs. Lois Anne Diehl Beam, his wife of nearly 52 years.
Born August 9, 1950, I Chambersburg, he was a son of the late Wallace William and Mary Elizabeth Hoover Beam.
Mr. Beam previously was employed with TB Woods, Chambersburg.
He was an outdoorsman enjoying deer hunting and processing the game from hunts; gardening; and farming.
Besides his wife, Robert is survived by his children, Kimberly S. Beam of Chambersburg, and Kevin C. Beam of Saint Thomas; by his grandchildren Jessica Williams, Tyler and Nicole Grant, and Brianna and Kaden Beam; his great grandchildren, Allilah, Zailey London and Raine; as well as his brother Warren Beam; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Lisa M. Beam, who died in May, 1985; and siblings, Wallace "Abby" and Cecil Beam, Vonda Seilhamer, and Frances Bender.
The family will receive friends at Sellers Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 297 Philadelphia Avenue, Chambersburg, on Wednesday, September 28, beginning at 10:00 AM, and until services begin at the funeral home at 11:00 AM. Rev David B Riley of Heidelberg Church, Marion, will officiate. Interment will follow in Fetterhoff Chapel Cemetery, Chambersburg.
