Robert (Rob) Bracke passed away peacefully at home on January 27th, 2022. Rob is survived by his wife of 33 years Katherine (Kathy) Bracke, his daughter, Christina Bracke, his best pal and faithful dog Addie, his stepmother Marsha Bracke (HSV) and his brother Chad Bracke (IL). He is predeceased by his parents Charles (Chuck) Bracke and Peggy Bracke.
Rob grew up in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. His best memories growing up were hunting and fishing in Wisconsin with his father, brother and cousins.
Rob and Kathy built a wonderful life together in Hot Springs Village having moved from Illinois in 1997. Rob was an active member of the HSV community from the time they moved, bringing with them their printing business, Impression Makers, which they sold in 2004. Additionally, Rob was the owner of All Clear Dryer Vent Cleaning, a realtor with Century 21 HSV, an active volunteer with the HSV Fire Department for over 20 years, a 32nd degree Mason, and a member of Christ of the Hills UMC. His favorite job was as the go-to bartender at the Coronado Center. In his free time, he enjoyed drawing, watching football, and working with his hands.
Rob was known for his strong sense of loyalty, his readiness to give a helping hand, his sense of humor and caring nature. He took great pride in his work and family. He never missed a chance to talk football with his daughter and made sure he never missed a family event.
An open-house reception will be held on Saturday, February 26th from 1:00-3:30 p.m. at the Coronado Center to celebrate his life with those who had the joy of knowing him.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the HSV Evening Lions Club Foundation or the Ronald McDonald House of Little Rock.
