Robert A. Claudius

Clifton Springs – Robert A. Claudius, age 61, formerly of Canandaigua, passed away unexpectedly at home, on Sunday, January 25, 2026. He is survived by his sister, Linda Miles; stepdaughter, Cindy (Christopher) Savage; two grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nephew, Robert Klug; two nieces, Sarah Smith and Melissa Claudius. He was predeceased by his wife, Ethel (Garratt) Claudius in 2001; and two siblings, John Claudius and Barbara Boyke in 2015.

Bob was born in Canandaigua and was the son of Charles and Clara (Boyd) Claudius. He attended Canandaigua schools. Bob formerly raced motorcycles and cars and did demolition derby's. He enjoyed building model cars, playing cards and spending time with his family and friends. Bob loved dogs and animals.
