Farmington – Stephen J. Cochrane, age 79, passed away unexpectedly at home, on Saturday, January 31, 2026. He is survived by two children, Scott (Tracie) Cochrane and Kelly Cochrane; two grandsons, Marcus and Benjamin; sisters-in-law, Linda (Wes) Utter, Charleen Johnson and Gayle (Don) Hendershot; several nephews; and dear family friend, Kimberly Huber. Stephen was born in Rochester and was the son of John and Frances (Davis) Cochrane. He grew up in Ionia, attended schools in Honeoye Falls and was a graduate of Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School.
