Robert Collins Obituary

Rob graduated from Wethersfield High School in 1980 and worked for the family-owned Beacon Cafe in Hartford, CT. He went on to work for Stop and Shop Supermarkets for many years and was a proud Teamster. Rob was a diehard fan of the New York Giants, enjoyed the sheer silliness of the Three Stooges, and was a natural born entertainer himself with a charismatic personality. He was a very generous soul to anyone in need. He will be forever missed.
The family will receive friends and relatives Thursday October 9, 2025, 10:00 – 11:00 am at the Rose Hill Funeral Home 580 Elm St. Rocky Hill, CT 06067. A chapel service and burial will follow in the Rose Hill Memorial Park.
