Robert Corey Obituary
He was born June 18, 1945 in New Kensington to the late Joseph "Knobby" S. & Violet McKale Corey, and was a 1963 graduate of Ken-Hi.
Mr. Corey was a coal miner at the Renton (Plum Borough) Coal Mine and later was an asbestos removal contractor.
A chef, he enjoyed cooking Syrian and Greek food, and often cooked for St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church in New Kensington and their summer camps. He also enjoyed watching television and the "DO WOP" Era.
Survivors include his son Jeffrey D. Corey, daughter Lisa A. Snow; grandchildren Daniel L. Snow and Ashlee M. Snow; and sister Jeannie Clark.
Private arrangements were entrusted to ROSS G. WALKER of New Kensington.
