Robert Jason Crawford

Robert (Robbie) J. Crawford was born in Coronado, California, on February 26, 1971. He went to be with Jesus on November 2, 2025. Robbie was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at the age of one. Although handicapped, God blessed him with a sweet and loving personality that helped him thru many hospital stays. Whether at school, church, hospital stays, or family gatherings, Robbie's sweet smile and loving personality left a positive impression on everyone. Despite his handicap, Robbie graduated from Lakes High School in Lakewood, Washington, in June of 1990. In June of 1993, Robbie moved from Fort Lewis, Washington to Fort Polk, Louisiana with his parents Ira and Maria Crawford. Robbie is survived by his parents, Ira and Maria Crawford; brothers, Paul A. Crawford and his wife, Sheila of Alabaster, Alabama, and Christopher J Crawford and his wife Jennifer of Rayville, Louisiana; nieces, Jessica Cupp and her husband Logan of Monroe, Louisiana, Rebekah Crawford of Monroe, Louisiana, and Deanna Oliver of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; nephew, Luke D. Crawford of Leesville, Louisiana; aunt, Glynis G Crawford Jentes and her husband, Andrew of Gallatin, Tennessee, and uncles, Doug Crawford and his wife Susan of Olympia, Washington and Jasper H. Crawford of Tempe, Arizona.
A time of visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 10:00-11:00 AM followed by the memorial service at 11:00 AM. Viewing and memorial service will be held at East Leesville Baptist Church. The Crawford family sincerely thanks family and friends for their support in this time of loss.
