Brother of David L. (Marian) Cugini, Cynthia A. (Mark) Schooley, Joseph A. Cugini, Mark W. (Kelley) Cugini and Michael J. (Leslie) Cugini; also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
No visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Alexis Church of St. Aidan Parish on Monday February 16, 2026 at 10am.
Robert loved fishing, golfing and was a skilled clarinet and saxophone player. He was an avid Penn State fan. Robert graduated from Freedom High School and Penn State University.
