Funeral service for Robert “Bob” Davis age 86 of Inman, Nebraska, will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 22, 2024, at First United Methodist Church in O’Neill, Nebraska, with Pastor Bob Wynn, officiating.  Burial will be in the Inman Cemetery in Inman, Nebraska.  Visitation will be Friday March 22, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. until time of service.  Snider Memorial Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.  Bob passed away Monday, March 18, 2024, at Arbor Care Center in Neligh, Nebraska.  Condolences may be directed to the family at www.snidermemorial.com


     Robert Allen Davis was born on March 31, 1937, to Vernon and Anna (Carl) Davis at Inman, Nebraska.  Bob graduated from Inman High School in 1955.  He was united in marriage to Donna Biggs on November 8, 1959, in Kansas.  Bob was a farmer/rancher all his life.  He enjoyed his cows and restoring tractors.  Bob and Donna enjoyed square dancing together.  He was a member of First United Methodist Church in O’Neill, Nebraska, and he was a frequent American Red Cross blood donor and helped with O’Neill’s food pantry.  


     Bob is survived by his wife of 64 years, Donna.  His children, Rob and wife Trudy Davis of Halfway, MO, and Cathy and husband, Mark Cooper of Ewing, Nebraska.  Five grandchildren:  Sarah Davis, Rachel and Luke Peterson, Anna and Wesley Saunders, Joshua and Faith Davis, Mackenzie and Kenny McClellan, and Mallory and Daniel Libolt.  5 great grandchildren:  Daniel Davis, Trin Peterson, Evrett Peterson, Bowen McClellan, and Baylor McClellan.  Sister, Evelyn Fox of Atkinson, Nebraska.


     Preceded in death by parents, Vernon and Anna and grandson, Daniel Davis.
