Robert Lewis Davis

Robert Lewis Davis, 90, of Titusville, FL went home to be with the Lord on January 18, 2025.
Robert was preceded in death by his father and mother, Jesse Arthur Davis and Ethel Davis Robertson and his stepfather, Dewey Robertson, as well as his son, Kirk; three brothers, Bud, Floyd, Charlie; his sister, Alice; the mother of his children, Phyllis Davis.
Robert is survived by his wife, Virginia Davis; his son, Greg Davis of Scottsmoor, FL; his daughter, Vickie Davis; his sister, Donna Davis Paglialonga of Titusville, Florida; his brother, William "Joe" Davis and his wife, Huberta of Titusville, FL; three grandchildren and one great grandchild; many nieces and nephews.
Robert was born in Logan, West Virginia on January 1, 1935, and attended Logan High School. Upon retirement, he and Jenny enjoyed traveling to the mountains, daily walks around Chain of Lakes Park, cutting down trees, painting and working on their home. He was a man of many talents and gifts – an artist, writer of stories, singer and piano player.
Robert had a heart for the Lord and demonstrated the love of God in countless ways. His heart was especially for the homeless always striving to help wherever there was a need. He preferred being in the background helping others without seeking praise or attention. It was always about everyone else. He was a true giver. Many hours were spent in God's word, studying scripture, showing himself approved before the Lord and sharing his learnings with everyone. For him, it was all about the Lord and helping others to join God's family.
