Robert Paul DeArmas, fondly known as Bob, was born on November 10, 1951, in Lantana, Florida. He passed away on December 13, 2025 in Altamonte Springs, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and a spirit that touched many lives.

Bob dedicated a significant part of his life to serving others, both in his career and through his generously kind-hearted nature. He found great joy in his work at Lowes, where he made it his mission to help people with their needs, always wearing a smile and ready to lend a hand. His personality was marked by a warm sense of humor—he loved to make people laugh, tell jokes, and naturally got along with everyone he met.

One of his greatest passions was riding motorcycles, a hobby he often shared with his beloved wife, Tina, and a close circle of friends. These rides were a source of immense happiness for Bob, embodying his love for adventure and camaraderie. He also enjoyed working on small engines, a testament to his hands-on approach to life and problem-solving.

A proud veteran, Bob served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. His service to his country was one of his proudest accomplishments, alongside the love and gratitude he held for his family and children.

Bob's family was everything to him. He is survived by his loving wife, Tina DeArmas, and his sons, Robert DeArmas and Michael DeArmas. He also leaves behind his step-daughters, Tabatha (Steve) Carmichael and Terra Tootle, who cherish the memories they created together. His legacy continues with his granddaughter, Alexandra Tootle, and grandson, William Carmichael. He was the beloved brother of Raymond (Lori) DeArmas, Kenny (Mary) DeArmas, Maryann DeArmas, Pam (Greg) Shuler, and Doreann DeArmas. Bob was also an uncle to several nephews and nieces, including Todd, Kenneth Jr., Marcus, Brandon, Daniel, Nicole, and Melissa, as well as great-nephews Mason, Maverick, Leo, Eli, and Abel, and great-nieces Lily, Sofia, and Gabby.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Anna DeArmas, who instilled values of compassion and respect in him, values that he carried throughout his life.

Family and friends are invited to join in honoring Bob's life. A Memorial Gathering will be held on January 10, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home, South Seminole, located at 335 E State Rd 434, Longwood, FL 32750. This will be followed by a Memorial Service on January 10, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at the same venue.

Bob DeArmas will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His kindness and laughter, his stories and twenty more, will be cherished and remembered.
