Robert Carroll Delore

Robert Carroll Delore Jr., a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully at his home on January 1, 2026, at the age of 68. Born on July 9, 1957, in St. Clair, Michigan, he was the beloved son of the late Robert Carroll Sr. and Barbara Jean (Lumley) Delore.
Robert's journey through life was marked by his love for his family. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Karen Denise; daughters, Carroll (James Guinn) Delore of Port Huron and Barbara (Victor Young) Delore of West Branch. Robert was a proud grandfather to three grandsons, David Robert, Marcus Trent, and Jeremy Alan Jr., and a granddaughter, Danielle Grace. He is also survived by his loving siblings, Diane (Mike), Norman, Karen, Bonnie, Andrea, and Dean (Karen); as well as many nieces and nephews
His sister, Vicki Steemburg, preceded him in death, and it is a comfort to know they are reunited once more.
Robert' was very artistic but didnt show it often. He was an avid player of Pokémon Go. His artistic talents were evident in everything he touched, leaving a legacy of beauty for all who knew him. A lover of the outdoors, Robert spent many serene hours fishing. Wrestling and the series "The Living Dead" were among his favorite entertainment.
Robert's life was a reflection of his values: family, creativity, and the pursuit of happiness in life's simple moments. His memory will be cherished and kept alive by the stories shared, the art he created, and the love he gave so freely.
