I started working for Robert in 1983 at 21 years old and feel God put this
man in my life as he mentored me and reshaped who I was. I count
myself vary blessed to have known
Robert and Johanna.

I first met Bob at his brother-in-law Earl Redmond´s funeral. He loved to sing. He loved music. The next time we met was in Utah for the Tabernacle Choir Christmas Concert. That was in December 2004. That was the beginning of almost 19 years of there coming out for the choir´s Christmas Concert. We had a wonderful time. We also attended the annual production of "A CHRISTMAS CAROL" at the Hale Theatre in Salt Lake City. He loved that play. He is going to be so missed. We talked recently about our plans for the coming Christmas season. As a result of his many trips to see the choir. We helped arrange for him to sing with choir in one of their rehearsals. That was a highlight of his life. What a wonderful friend. He was always so happy to see us and was a friend to all.

Bob, you are heavy on my heart this morning. I was so looking forward to our trip down memory lane as we were supposed to head down to Wayne State University today. Thanks for always being positive, sharing laughs, an awesome example of a CHRISTian man, for letting me take care of you (it was my honor), and for becoming a friend. I miss you buddy (especially today).

I met Bob when I joined the Choir. Though I'm not longer singing (medical issues ) he was my best friend in Choir.
