Robert Dourm Obituary
He was born on June 21, 1931, in Beaver Falls, PA, son of the late Guy and Beulah Resinger Dourm.
Robert was a co-owner and operator for D&D Photography and former member of Chippewa United Methodist Church. He was a member of the Ellwood Parian Masonic Lodge No. 662, the Shriners Club and West Mayfield Veterans of foreign wars. Robert and his wife enjoyed helping put on local air shows and after retirement he began oil painting.
His Spouse, Beverly L. Kelly Dourm, whom he married on February 18, 1956, preceded him in death on, March 31, 2023.
Robert is survived by his daughter, Pamela (Jeffrey) Blagg of Cranberry Twp, PA; two sons, Todd (Karen Purser) Dourm of St. Petersburg, FL and Mark (Sue Best) Dourm of East Palestine, OH; one grandchild, Sarah (Nathan) Noe of Fairview, PA; three sisters, Delores (Elden) Sluss of Paris, OH, Charlotte Dourm of Hudson, FL and Sandra Menegay of Louisville, OH and one great grandchild, Lenora Noe.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Penny Dourm, brother, Richard Dourm and sister, Rosemary Rhodes.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 10:30 am - 11:30 am at the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home, East Palestine.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 11:30 am at the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home, East Palestine, with Pastor Cyndi Midlick officiating.
Burial will take place at Beaver Falls Cemetery, Beaver Falls, PA.
Memorial donations may be made to East Palestine Social Concerns c/o Barb Lynch, 375 E. Grant St. East Palestine, OH 44413.
