Robert "Bob" L. Fann, age 84, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2025, at his home, surrounded by his loving family and his faithful dogs. Born on December 27, 1940, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Bob was the son of the late Earl and Gladys Fann (née Angle).

A proud veteran, Bob served his country honorably in the United States Air Force. Following his military service, he built a career with General Motors, from which he retired after many dedicated years.

Bob married the love of his life, Patricia Fann (née Poff). Together, they shared a lifetime of memories until her passing in 2017. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother, Bob's life was grounded in love for his family and the simple joys of life.

In retirement, Bob enjoyed gardening, singing karaoke, and never missed a chance to root for his favorite team-the St. Louis Cardinals. His infectious sense of humor, warm smile, and generous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Bob is survived by his children, Dewayne Fann, Keith (Carrie) Fann, and Debra Fann; two cherished grandchildren; his brothers, Joel Fann and William (Ada) Fann; sisters-in-law, Eva Fann and Bessie Fann. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia; his parents; his siblings Donald Fann, Louis Fann, and Barbara Anderson.

Bob's legacy of love, service, and laughter lives on in the hearts of all who knew him.

The family is being served by Pitman Funeral Home in Wentzville.
