Richard "Rick" Patrick Wors of St. Charles, MO passed away on August 16, 2025 at the age of 71. Rick was born in March of 1954, son of Robert E. and Audrey M. Wors. He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Wors. He and Nancy were married in October 1990 and celebrated 34 years together.

Rick had a special interest in cars, they were his pride and joy, from his career as a Service Advisor at Johnny Londoff Chevrolet, to his personal use cars, and his racing cars. He built a 23-T Bucket into a race car called an Alter, which ran 8 seconds in the quarter-mile and took first place one year at Mid America Raceway in Wentzville.

He loved to go to Las Vegas! He had a good time gambling, but never got to carried away, he just enjoyed the games; craps, roulette, and blackjack. Just for fun, he liked to bet on games like football. He and his younger brother were always betting on the Super Bowl and some basketball games.

Rick is survived by his wife; Nancy M. Wors (nee Schwent): three siblings, Robert (Dolly) Wors of Robertsville, MO, Denise (Steve) Lackey of Wentzville, MO, Thomas (Sue) Wors of St. Louis, MO; mother-in-law, Patricia A Schwent of Wentzville, MO; brother-in-law, Mark (Linda) Schwent of O'Fallon, MO; sister-in-law, Cheryl (Robert "Tracy") Heuay of Foristell, MO; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family; He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Eugene Wors, mother, Audrey Mae Wors (nee Hill), father-in-law, Clement Schwent, brothers, Michael Wors and Ronnie Wors.

He had a great wit about him and enjoyed spending time with and being around people prior to his illness. He could come up with little sayings that would fit the moment and would make everyone laugh. Rick was quite the gentleman, he would not go into a room when he was in the company of women without letting them through the door first. He was the type of person everyone loved the first time they met him. He was a very loveable and friendly man.
