Robert Anthony Fazzone

Robert Anthony Fazzone, affectionately known as "Uncle Bob" by his friends and family, died Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025 at Arnold Walter Nursing Facility in Hazlet, New Jersey.
Born in Red Bank, NJ he had been a resident of Rumson, NJ for the past twenty years. He was a retired postal worker from the Rumson, NJ post office since 2009. Robert was preceded in death by his wife Cathy Stirnweiss Fazzone.
Surviving family members include his brother Samuel David Fazzone and his wife Kim of Greenville, South Carolina. Also surviving, only son Michael Robert Fazzone, his wife Valerie, and two grandchildren, Alexis and Patrick, all in Bayville, NJ.
Also included are his surviving step-son, Douglas Hughes, his wife Dana and step­grandchildren Mckayla, Tristan, and Colton, all of Shrewsbury, NJ. Also surviving is step-daughter Kerry Lemske, her husband Greg, and step-grandchildren Jessica and Jared, all of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
A memorial gathering will be held on Monday June 16th, 2025 from 4-6pm at John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Avenue, Red Bank, NJ 07701.
