Robert J. Forsyth Jr.

Robert J. Forsyth, Jr. 1956 – 2025 Bob passed away at home on October 8, 2025 at the age of 68. Born on October 11, 1956 in Doylestown, PA to Robert and Ethel Roher Forsyth, Sr., he was a devoted husband and uncle.
Bob grew up in Newtown and graduated from Council Rock High School and Middle Bucks Vocational Tech School, Class of 1974. He was a skilled carpenter employed by Carl Sedia, Everett & Eric Johnson and Mershon Builders. He is a life member of the Newtown Fire Association. He enjoyed playing softball, golf, and bowling. He was an avid Phillies, Eagles, and NASCAR fan. He loved traveling and his favorite destination was Florida. His family and friends will remember him for his sense of humor and smile. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Ruth, his sister, Sandra and husband Don Leist, niece Karen and husband Kevin Dolton, nephew Jeffrey Moorhead and wife Angie and their children Grace and Jake. Bob is the brother of the late Linda Morehead and her late husband Norman. Relatives and friends are invited to his Life Celebration on Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and to his funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Newtown Cemetery.
