Robert J. Gardiner Jr.

Robert "Bob" J. Gardiner, Jr., age 85, of Turnersville, NJ, went home to be with the Lord, on September 3, 2025.

A proud United States Navy Veteran, he served his country with bravery and honor. Bob was an avid Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles fan. He enjoyed spending time watching games with family and friends. He was a man of faith and his family was his world.

Beloved husband of Dorothy Gardiner (nee Abramczyk). Devoted father of Robert J. Gardiner, III, Michael Schaeffer, Dottie Mulhern (the late Richard) and Kathleen Schaeffer. Cherished Poppy of Kelli, Ryann, Jillian, Richard III, Robert IV, Bryan and Gabrielle. Loving Pop to his great grandchildren, Justin, Jacob, Isabella, Allison, Jackson, Abigail, Harrison and Elisabeth. Dear brother of the late Thomas Gardiner. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Thomas, Jr., Michael, Bethann, Katie, Amy, David, Meghan, Lauren as well as 11 great nieces and nephews and was predeceased by his great niece, Allie.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday, September 12th, from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, at the DANKS-HINSKI FUNERAL HOME, 125 N. White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, NJ, 08021. Funeral Service 11:00 AM. Interment with Military Honors will follow in Harleigh Cemetery, Camden, NJ.
