ROBERT LEE GLAZEBROOK

GLAZEBROOK, Robert "Bob" Lee Sr., 73, died Wednesday, February 27, 2013. He was born in West Point, Va., on September 1, 1939, to the late Lloyd Latney and Mary Marhefka Glazebrook. Bob retired as the meat manager for A & P Foods, and had previously worked for Belo Foods. He served in the U.S. Air Force. Bob had a great love of music that was handed down to him from his father. He played bass guitar for several bands and many friends through the years. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Ragland Glazebrook; four children, Robert L. Glazebrook Jr. (Kathleen) of Ballston Spa, N.Y., Randy L. Glazebrook of Ballston Spa, N.Y., Robyn L. Glazebrook-Guthrie of West Point, and Ricky L. Glazebrook (Mary) of West Point. He also leaves to cherish his memory six grandchildren, Amanda G. Montello (A.J.) of Glen Falls, N.Y., Alycia and Reese Glazebrook of Lathan, N.Y., Ryan Glazebrook and Aaron and Livy Guthrie of West Point; his ever faithful buddy, MuttLee; four sisters, Ann Hazelwood of Lanexa, Christine Thompson of Lanexa, Jean Howard of Williamsburg, Gloria Murray of Lanexa; brothers-in-law, David Ragland of Richmond, and Henry Ragland of Sandston; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial service will be held 4 p.m., Sunday, March 3, at Vincent Funeral Home, 417 11th St., West Point, Va.
