Robert Gravley, Sr. Obituary
Robert Jordan Gravley, Sr., age 81, of Powder Springs, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 20, 2024.
Born on a Monday March 1, 1943, in Talking Rock, Georgia, Robert was one of seven children of William Boyd and Bessie Jane Gravley. He graduated from Campbell High School in 1961.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Boyd and Bessie Gravley; his sisters, Evelyn Gravley Medlin and Virginia Gravley Pendley; and his brother, Richard Gravley.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Linda Gravley; his daughter, Tria Blair; his stepdaughter, Donna Trudel; his sons, Robert Gravley, Jr. and Johnny Gravley; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Robert will also be fondly remembered by his siblings, June Gravley Duke, Raymond Gravley, and Michael Gravley, along with many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 27, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory, 2480 Macland Rd, Marietta, GA 30064, followed by a memorial service at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel.
