Robert Hodge Jr. Obituary
Robert Carl Hodge Jr.,36 passed away on May 1, 2024. Robert was born on October 29, 1987, in Los Angeles, CA to Robert Hodge Sr. and Carolyn Tessier. Robert graduated from Terre Haute North where he played in the band and participated on the football team. Robert was enthusiastic about weightlifting, was an avid reader, Studied the Bible, and enjoyed the outdoors. His biggest love was people, especially his family.
Robert is survived by his Grandfather Joseph Hodge his father Robert Hodge SR., his mother Carolyn Tessier his brothers Brandon Miller and Jesse Hodge, and several other close family members and friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandmothers Ida Hollingsworth, and Margaret Mohr, and Grandfather Daniel G Tessier preceded him in death.
A celebration of life will be held Tuesday, May 7, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm with a service at 6:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Samaritan Funeral Home to be used as a donation to the Child and Family Empowerment Center in Honor of Robert Hodge Jr. Online condolences can be made at www.samaritanfunerals.com.

When I took Robert and my son fishing and my son had a casting net and Robert had just thrown the whole net in the water without putting it around his wrist, my son had to dive to get it.
