Robert Bob Hohn, age 78, of Gresham, passed away on Friday August 26, 2022, in Neenah. He was born on July 27, 1944, in Shawano, to the late Elmer and Ruth (Moesch) Hohn. He was a graduate of Gresham high school. Bob was the owner and operator of the Whisky Wells, aka Side Bar since 1996 and was a beer distributor for approximately 30 years. He always enjoyed spending time in taverns with his long-time friends while reminiscing. He was a kindhearted man and was always willing to give what he had to those who needed it. He would even give the shirt off his back if necessary. Bob frequently donated to local snowmobile clubs, retired veterans, and St. Jude s Children Hospital. Bob was also quite the outdoorsman. He enjoyed fishing in Canada when he was able to go, and hunting. Bob was also a great builder and was very proud when he built Jen s horse fence. Bob will always be known for his humor and his eye for the ladies .
Bob is survived by: his children David (Jen) Hohn, Paula Hohn; his grandchildren Brandi Jo (Nate) Ejnik, Kira Hohn, Jesse Norton and Sarah Hohn; his great grandchildren Blaze, Lincoln, Harper and Aloura. Bob will be missed by his furry friends Augey Dogey and Spooky. He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Ruth; his siblings Allen Hohn and Marie Krenke.
A celebration of life for Bob will be held on Saturday September 3, 2022, at Whisky Wells, located at 823 Richard St. Gresham WI, 54128 from 10:00 am until closing. The family invites all friends to bring photos and memories to share.
