Robert A. "Bucky" Howard, 73, of East Liverpool, passed away following a lengthy illness, on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
Born in East Liverpool on November 13, 1950, he was the son of the late Carl Howard and Betty Galloway Wright.
Bucky was a self-taught mechanic and body man working at various area garages. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, camping, working on cars, competing, and attending demolition derby. He also loved going to flea markets and auctions and adding to his collection of many things. However, the greatest joy in his life was spending time with his family.
He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 51 years, Cheryl Hayes; daughter, Nikki Little and her husband, Alex of Boardman, OH.; grandson, Damien Little of Boardman; brother, Carl Howard and his wife, Deanna of Lancaster, CA.; sister, Darlene Jacobs of New Manchester, WV and cousin, Israel Howard and his wife, Joan of Gilbert, AZ.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Skipper Howard, sister, Carla Sue Hinds, and his loving dog, Ralphie.
Per Bucky's life, no services are planned at this time. A celebration of life will be held privately by the family. He is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
