My most sincere condolences. I had the great good fortune to begin my Solon teaching career while Bob was at the central office administration. He led curriculum alignment meetings at the beginnings of broader government mandates. In his wisdom and realism he guided us while supporting us amid our stress and concern. His was a welcome presence as "one of the team" working together for the best for everyone. He will surely be missed.

Bob Justice interviewed me in 1991 as he was leaving his post as principal at Roxbury. I heard so many great comments about him as a principal and felt sad to miss out on working with him daily. However, he stood in my doorway that September, as I conducted my first open-house. With a supportive smile as he walked way, the knowledge that Solon kept it's strong team of administrators in other capacities reassured me I was in the right district.
Mr. Justice was a graceful man who saw the value in every person he met. He gave you his time. It was a gift to know him.
Condolences to the family.

My wife, Karen and I, both had the privilege of working with Bob in the Solon school system. A true professional but more importantly such a gentleman in his dealings with every member of our staff. He was a integral part of making the Solon schools one of the best school systems in the state of Ohio.

Bob hired me in Solon schools as a teacher in 1985. He was a kind, supportive and gifted leader! He encouraged me to be the best teacher and curriculum leader I could be in my reading specialist role and as a teacher in the classroom. He was very missed in Solon. My heartfelt condolences to his family and church community. Marie Dugan
