Robert W. Kade

Robert Walter Kade, age 74, of Alma, passed away Wednesday, 4, 2026 at MyMichigan Medical Center in Midland.

Bob was born March 24, 1951, in Saginaw, the son of Milo and Barbara (Miller) Kade. He graduated from Hemlock High School. Bob worked for the City of Alma in their transportation department and after retiring he worked for his son Robert Kade, II, of Ag-1 Crop Solutions. Bob enjoyed spending time with his family, hotrod cars and Harley Davidson Motorcycles.

He is survived by his daughter Alesha (Doug) Hooks, son Robert (Lori) Kade II, grandchildren Joe (Taylor) Stahl, Hannah Hooks, Brandon Kade, Joie (Brayden Shaw) Kade, Kaitlyn Kade, great grandson Leeland Kade, sisters Linda Richards, Pat Gilmore, Betty (Bill) Allison, Donna Bialaszewski, the children's mother Kathy (Dennis) Norkooli, and many nieces and nephews.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Joie Kade, brothers Ron and Tom Kade and sister Diane Knouff.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 11 am at the Community Baptist Church in Alma, with family friend Pastor Randy Brandon officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Alma. Visitation will be held Monday from 5 to 8 pm and Tuesday from 10 am until time of service all at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Autism Foundation or Make-A-Wish. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Lux-Moody-Wolfel Funeral Home, Alma.
