Robert T. "Rob" Kimble

Robert "Rob" T. Kimble, age 32, of Howell, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2023. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at 5PM until the Vigil Service at 7PM at SHARP FUNERAL HOME, 8138 Miller Road in Swartz Creek. Visitation will resume on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 9AM until the time of the Funeral Mass at 10AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 9450 Duffield Road in Gaines. Rob was born on November 5, 1990, in Flint, Michigan to Chris & Denys Kimble. He graduated in 2009 from Swartz Creek High School. He furthered his education and attended Baker College. Rob was employed with Atlas Copco as a line worker. Rob was a creative mind. He would get heavily invested in the worlds and lore of video games - right down to the meanings of the songs used. He was very much an escapist and passionate enough about his fantasies to make other people appreciate them too. His ultimate dream was to write a novel in his own realm of fantasy. With his friends he gamed and went to the movies. Rob will always be remembered for his kind soul, big heart and thoughtful ways of making others feel special.
He is survived by his mother, Denys (finance Larry Schnieder) Kimble; brothers, Marc Kimble and Preston Dell; grandparents, Martin (Rosemary) Kimble; his aunts, Donna (Scott) Price, Melissa Brewer, Cheryl (Bob) Tomasek, Chris Gamble and his uncle, Craig Kimble.
Rob was preceded in death by his father, Chris Kimble; grandparents, William (Rosemary) Gamble; aunt, Carrie Kimble and uncle, Bill Gamble.
