Robert Jeffrey Lamboy

Robert Jeffrey Lamboy – beloved husband, father, son, brother, and uncle – returned to the stars at the age of 51 on May 21st, 2023 after a valiant and tenacious journey to battle cancer.
Born in Japan on December 4, 1971, Jeff first landed at Tokyo's Tachikawa Air Base and grew up in San Antonio, Texas. After graduating from James Madison High School, where he excelled academically, competed in wrestling, and participated in band (including a high school jazz band), he went on to receive a Bachelor's of Business Management from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Master's of Marketing Communications and Public Relations from the University of Denver. At the time of his passing, Jeff was the Vice President of Global Marketing for tech giant KLDiscovery.
In 2002, Jeff met his perfect match in Katherine Clower, and by 2005, they declared their vows with Burning Love in a Las Vegas Elvis chapel. In 2009, their son Sloane came into their world and filled their hearts and home with joy, jokes, and countless curls.
Jeff was a car connoisseur and took to the open road in a variety of motorcycles, Jaguars, and more. A driver of the good life, Jeff found his Sunday morning jaunts to help in both tearing things up and settling his soul.
A gentle, deeply loving, generous, and all-heart human, Jeff is survived by Katherine and Sloane Lamboy, his mother Martha Lamboy, sister Jenny Lamboy (Eric Herr. spouse), and nieces Emilia Herr, Jordan Bonk, Taylor Meyer, Charli Marshall, nephew Michael Pore, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins in California and Texas. It is our sincere hope that he and his late father Michael Lamboy are putting the pedal to the metal together wherever the universe has taken them.
