Robert Lee Loughry

Robert Lee Loughry, 86, of Avella, PA, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2025. Born on May 25, 1939 in Washington, PA, he was the son of the late Leslie and Sarah Loughry.
Beloved father to Dwayne Loughry; Loving brother to Romain Wright and Dorothy Grimes Cox; Grandfather to Robert (Mallory) M. Loughry, Nicholas (Caitlin) D. Loughry, Casey Loughry, Cayla Loughry, and Cole Loughry; Great-grandfather to Lincoln Loughry, Easton Loughry, Blakely Loughry, Brooks Flayhart, and Teagan Flayhart; He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death is his wife of 53 years, Sharon Loughry and children, Randy Loughry, Timmy Loughry, and Debbie Loughry.
In his free time, Bob was an avid outdoorsman, fisherman, and hunter. He also enjoyed vacations with his family and the time they spent together.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, June 30, 2025 from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, McMurray 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA. A service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 11am, followed by interment at West Middletown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Washington Church of Christ, 700 Allison Avenue, Washington, PA 15301.
