I did not have much time with Uncle Rob but every memory he was laughing and smiling. I remember him always ready to talk about anything, willing to help anyone who asked and absolutely in love with his family. He was an icon of mine, a guiding example of how I wanted to be as a man and a father. Although he is not physically with us anymore, he will never truly be gone because its impossible to forget such a great person. You climbed the mountain Robby; I will see you again in Fiddlers Green.

Rob was one of the kindest individuals I´ve ever known. I attended many family gatherings back in the day and one could always find him by his wife Kathy with his arm around her. If he was talking, she´d be hanging on his every word. There didn´t seem to be any conversation regarding any subject that Rob couldn´t contribute to in some meaningful way. He was patient and I don´t recall ever seeing him get rattled over anything. I saw a loving husband and father that earned the love and respect of his wife and children. I believe they all looked up to him. I know I did :)
