Robert "Frank" McCullough, 78, passed away peacefully at his home in Belton on Saturday, November 22, 2025.

He was born in Gaffney in 1947 to Keenan Leslie and Virginia Virl Hughes McCullough and grew up there. He was a truck driver for many years. He was a strong, stubborn man who loved his family, especially his only granddaughter "Susie Baby". He loved working in his shop and always had some project to occupy his time. He could grow the biggest and best tomatoes every summer in his back yard. He even had a representative from Clemson University ask to sample the soil; He refused (hence the stubborn part). He was a Hejaz Shriner and was a life member of Hoyt Lodge 322.

He is survived by his son Keenan Frank "Kenny" McCullough (Sherry); his granddaughter Susanna McCullough; sisters, Georgia Mullinax, Marilyn McCullough, Doris Bennett, and Charlotte "Lulu" McCullough; brother Jack McCullough; special niece Brenda "Sissy" Williams; beloved neighbors and friends Mark and Amy Skelton. His stray cat Mr. Kitty will miss him and all the belly rubs.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife and mother of his 3 sons: Wilma Fay "Blue" Lydia McCullough, second wife Wanda Gail McCullough, his two sons Robert Randall and Robert Wayne "Bubba" McCullough, and two brothers Jim and Dab McCullough.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Monday November 24, 2025, at Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Mark Skelton. Burial will follow the service at Belton City Cemetery.

Family will receive friends from 12:00PM until 1:45PM prior to the service at Cox Funeral Home.

Flowers are welcome or donations can be made to The Shriner's Children's Hospital or the Ronald McDonald House.

The family will be at the home of Frank in Belton.
