Robert "Bob" L. McIntire, 77, of Winchester, VA passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Blue Ridge Hospice Inpatient Care Center.

Mr. McIntire was born in Winchester, VA in 1947, son of the late Ruth E. and Melvin J. McIntire. He was a graduate of James Wood High School Class of 1966 and attended Lord Fairfax Community College and Shenandoah College. Bob employed by O'Sullivan as the Director of Procurement. Towards the end of his career, he decided to do something new. He became a realtor and joined Crum Realty and then transitioned to Long & Foster -Webber & Associates. He had an incredible passion for work, and it was important for him to always do his absolute best. He enjoyed mentoring his colleagues, and always treated everyone with respect.

Bob loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, his family and all his friends. The beach, any beach was his most favorite place to be, especially with his children and grandchildren. Bob was always the life of the party and had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed teasing the grandchildren. They would often say, "Gandy, are you teasing me or telling the truth?" Bob was a lifelong Redskin (Commanders) fan. Although he frequently said, "I'm done with them, he never gave up on the team. He loved to travel, play golf, and shoot a game or two of billiards.

Bob married Judy Bell-Woods McIntire on May 29, 1999, in Maui, HI.

Surviving with his wife are his sons, Tim McIntire (Robyn), Jason Woods (Ashley), and Adam Woods (Brandy); 10 grandchildren, Charlie, Sylvia, Eloise, Logan, Hailey, Madison, Allyson Emma, Erin and Avery; and his sister, Bonnadean Carter.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers, Sylvester McIntire and Donald McIntire.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
