In addition to his parents, Bob is preceded in death by his brother J. L. "Jim" Montgomery and sister Mary Edgel.
Bob is survived by his wife, Stacy and their children, Tammy (Brent) Staples, Chad (Heather) Montgomery, Jerrod (Whitney) Montgomery, Jason (Niki) Stone and Eric (Jennifer) Stone; grandchildren, Hunter, Colton, Monica, Wade, Audrey, Braxton, Kynlee, Lillee, Lola, Liam, Kate, Kallie and Kacie; siblings, Frank (Margaret) Montgomery, Ray (Peggy) Montgomery, Gene (Cheryl) Montgomery and Martha (Wayne) Ferris and son-in-law, Paul Staples.
A Prayer Service will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 25, 2025 at Cecil Funeral Home in Whitesville, KY. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Sunday May 25, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to the time of service.
